Release date 12/15/2014-Fixed an issue preventing users with lots of sideloaded games from entering MAKE.

Exactly. When I see "-As always, miscellaneous bug fixes." popping up on my OUYA it translates in Schiztard to,"We fixed stuff and things on your OUYA. You're welcome."
I heard they also included an easter egg in this hotfix. Apparently, if you go to Manage -> System -> Development and then back out of Development, and go right back into it and do that thirtyfive times in a row and then press Y, R1, Y, Y, L1, Y, R1, Y, Y, Y, Y, L1 you unlock a hidden fifth option at the main menu called "Awww" which contains a picture of a different cute animal each day.

Most of the time I keep my OUYA offline: please consider it before inserting a phone-home/always online DRM in your game. If you still plan to do so, please declare it. You don't want pirates, I don't want to be frauded.
