    4 USB Pads into 1 OUYA

    I've got the opportunity to showcase my OUYA games inside a local gameshop, and would ideally like to use 4 xbox360 pads to connect to it, as opposed to wireless pads which could easily get yoinked. Anyone tried this and been successful?

    I'm thinking 4 Controllers -> 4 TO 1 USB HUB -> OUYA should work.

    Be sure to use a powered USB hub - passive ones haven't worked for me in the past!

    Note that this will NOT work with Gamemaker games - any usb pad connected is seen as the same device ID under android.

    We've had really good luck with this type hub and 4+ USB controllers and encoders.

    Edit: Oops, just noticed your location. Not sure about shipping.

    It's not XBox controllers, but I've used 4 wireless PS3 alongside 4 wired Logitech F310 controllers at the same time without any issues. We do 8 player Bombsquad games all the time this way.

    I have the wireless USB dongle for Xbox 360 (made for the PC I think). Works perfect and can connect 4 Xbox controllers at once.

    I think a cable screwed to a wireless controller would be more secure than a USB cord if you are really concerned about someone making off with them.

    No issues at all. Have used it with multiple encoders and controllers as well as powered and portable HDDs. You do need to use the power cord that comes with it if using a portable unpowered HD. Otherwise the OUYA won't recognize the drive.
