How about folders for developers working on projects. Perhaps a folder in the developer section titled "On-going projects" where developers can post updates to games/apps that they are developing for the OUYA?

An introduction section, possible even put beginner type information for not only new forums users, but new users for the Ouya.

I do love an introduction section, it gives people a chance to express themselves on their background. And having a How-to section would be great as for young developers to help one another out or give people an opportunity to really get creative with the OUYA.

Just so people are aware of some of the things on my todo list, feedback and thoughts appreciated:

    Tapatalk intergration
Some form of SVN/Code hosting, or at the very least a linkup to Google Code
The ability for devs to set up a private subforum they control so they can hold closed betas or at least canvas a small circle of people for feedback and thoughts
Possibly some kind of wiki that we can use to elaborate on the OUYA SDK and annote it with useful examples
There'll probably also be some updates to various bits of the forum to make it all seem a bit less like a "stock" VB install
