I used to be a moderator/administrator on several emulator based forums and we had section on our forums where our Tester's would come in and give us bug reports and our "Privileged Members" that had access to it, would confirm their findings and add things of their own that we would in-turn fix on the next release. Not only could we hire certain members like Michael Thompson to review games. We can use our connection to the specific developers on this website to play their games earlier than anyone else and THEN review them(still earlier than anyone else) while at the same time we can help a lot of uncertain minds become at ease. Look at it this way...
1. Go To Admin Control Panel And Create Forum (Ouya Bug Testing).
2. Alter Accessibility (Only Privileged and above can view this forum) And Give... Micheal Thompson and Co. Tester/Reviewer Status.
3. Give them access to the hidden forum and are given particular game(s) to test.
4-1. They report to the exclusive developer which he/she improves their game based on the report.
4-2. The Developer will Re-post their .APK and repeat with the Tester's as many times as they need.
Meanwhile during stage "4-1 and 4-2" the Reviewers Status Members which you also created will begin working on their reviews who also have access to the exclusive .APK who then combine their reviews and post it during the finalization stage of the game.
