    This may be a long shot, but did you factory reset your OUYA? I know people who have done so have reported success in getting access to discover again.

    anyone know if there is anything wrong with ouya support site ?? 3 emails sent over last week and still no reply ???

    When you submitted the support ticket did you not get back automated message with your ticket number? If so post it here so we can pass it along to an Ouya rep. If not then post your username and I will forwarded it along and see where your ticket is

    I have had the same screen after clicking the email us and it worked. I didn't get a ticket number though.

    Yep, there was an issue with the auto-confirmation email trigger, but it is all fixed now. For your issue, can you confirm now that you can get it submitted to support?

    just to update getting reply from support now thanks , just getting no where with fix . When I go to ouya Discover everything is showing as favourite I can not install anything at all then out of the blue wifi will drop or I get error cannot connect to saver

    Did support not contact you yet?

    Sorry just saw you did. Have you tried wired just to verify what issues are all internet related? Plus the hotfix if you have not installed it
