    Haymaker - Haymaker

This thread is for the discussion of Haymaker. (note to developer - send me a private message if you would like to edit this thread)

Haymaker is a two player beat em up set in America in the golden 50's. Meet crazy and unique fighting champions like 'Lastermann' or 'Officer Johnson'. Grab a friend, or try your luck against the computer, and get into fight!

How the butt did I miss this when it came out?

I love the, as it says "unique style" but based on the trailer it looks super janky. Will have to give it a try, myself, though, to determine for sure.

It's not that good. It's bare-bones in content and clunky in controls to the extreme.

Wanted to like this one, but I stopped playing it after 20 mins after I played with every character. It has a 1 vs 1 mode, but no arcade or anything of such. There is also a 2 player mode (which feels like this game was made for originally). The controls are jank as mentioned, as is the game as a whole, in my opinion.

    ...looks nice though :3

When your whole team was founded for and is named after one game... you'd think they'd put a bit more care into the product.

Also sup with indie fighters releasing with 4 characters these days?
