Reicast and mame4droid loading problems

First of all tries several bios's for rei cast and installation path has been checked and rechecked but it refuses to load the bios or find it,( renamed too)
Mame4droid - won't load games tried several variations of mame ROMs and the ones it specifies which are 0139.u1 I think also tried mame4all side loaded same issue, changed paths without any luck ,
If anyone has had this issue and resolved either I'd love to know how

I use MAME4Droid and I had no problems pointing it towards the correct directory on my USB stick. Just make sure the path is right in the initial set-up and you'll be good to go.

for some reason no matter how many times the path is changed,checked and checked it,changed just doesn't seem to find the ROMs or bios etc in both apps
But every other app works flawlessly but these 2

At least for MAME4Droid, when you specify a path it adds within the folder all the MAME's folders. Say you want to create /sdcard/MAME/roms the program will look for the games in the folder /sdcard/MAME/roms/MAME4Droid/roms (or something similar).
