It looks like its worth the dollar they charge. But it also kinda screams im gonna be glitchy. Can't put my finger on it.

Seemed more like an alpha build to me, for reasons I mentioned in Kaimega's review thread for the game.

I'm sure that I will eventually return to this game, but with the really polished and fun games on the OUYA, I doubt it will be anytime soon.

Pretty much this but I'll add that unless you're the type to buy games to support developers first instead of for yourself via whatever you're purchasing then I'd say avoid it. It's not worth the dollar.
