Released: Alpha 0.12 August 14,2014 Exclusively for OUYA only !
This game has been redesigned from the ground up to support actual 3d animation. This Release supports 0 to 4 players (yes you could watch the ouya take its self on).
Currently you can play an exhibition game and expect to see updates as i continue coding them.
Whats planned for future updates?

im just learning how to use pixel shaders so you may just see one in use on the next update if it looks better
Im going to try using a type of cartoon vertex/pixel shader so this will also involve redrawing the hockey players to not be so square looking.
looks like i have some sort of toon mapping working but its going to need some adjustments.
here is a screen shot of the new hockey players so far.... i will be doing more work on them and i will see if i can make the toon mapping look beter!
also i need some input about there freakishly large heads... should i make them smaller?
from a top down perspective the big heads look good....but not so good up close.
also if the square characters are prefered i can always put them in the game too as an option when picking teams.

I just came up with an idea... I will be adding several teams and they will all look different.
The square guys are a team and will stay in the game.
I will also add in some aliens and robots from massconflict and continue to draw more teams.
I will also have it so you can choose the teams color.
I should have at least 4 teams loaded in for an ouya update for next week![]()
as far as the toon shading goes i just may scrap it.
toon shading is here to stay... looks like it works a tad better now. I will be submitting 0.13 alpha monday morning and will be hopefully ready for ~wednesday on the ouya.
any major glitches please let me know and i will try to iron them out before submitting the update.
changes include:
-3 new teams
-ai tweeks
and i will continue adding more and then more game modes...etc
I played it this evening - it's looking good. I don't think I had a glitch. I'm excited to see where this goes!
i only got around to coding 2 more teams in. I was hoping to have more done for this week but i have run out of time.
Will be submitted tomorow with the following changes.
-added 2 teams
-teamselect now allows you to choose a team and change the teams color
-toon shading has been coded...but im still tweeking.
working on next:
-team profiling (each team will have a special ability that the others do not have)
-more teams
-menu work
-etc... etc...
plenty of work to do still!

Additions:
-new fox team
-minor glitch fixes
After this i will be mainly focused on bringing a total of 8 teams to the ice, goalie control, then i will work on the menus and game modes including a cup run.
