We currently have an update in review which addresses the following issues:
Keyboard bug which may have prevented scores from being submitted correctly. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Global high score tables have been split out so that there is one for players who have the standard three lives and one for those that have chosen to purchase the option of the extra two lives.
You can suppress the IAP offer dialog using the U button.
