You are all missing my point indeed the Online Account with payment method shouldnt be touched you need that to get the said games. BUT there should be a secondry offline account like you have on the ps3. Any of you have a ps3 have a good look at how that works offline and online what I am saying is we should have more options. Not taking the old account system away but adding an extra offline account for setting the machine up out the box.

And Undftdroar got plenty of games on my Ouya via sideloading lotta modders would love the options of offline account.

Like I said dont touch the online account just add an offline one as well. As someone who likes to mod her consoles this would be a godsend.
