    Space Clusters DX - Jayenkai

You know the drill. They're evil, you're awesome, you both have lazers and there's stars!
Destroy the enemy invaders before, um, they continue moving ominously left and right and shooting stuff.

Fast paced, like a proper old-skool shooter should be.
    Beware the falling debris!!

You can grab Space Clusters DX from the OUYA Discovery thing, or on the OUYA.TV site.

Love it, like all your games. I just wish I had a fire button instead of the autofire mechanic.

Previously On : In the earlier "Space Clusters" game, it did indeed have a fire button, but once the game was released, everyone ended up playing it really slowly..
Timing shots, and avoiding things slowly. Booo!!!
The game isn't meant to be played slowly! It's supposed to be fast and frantic!!

So, yeah, a bit of a wimp-out if I'm honest. I tried a combo system, but it wasn't obvious enough.
Instead, I went for the auto-fire method, and rejigged the fire button to be a bullet-time thing. (hopefully people notice that!! I didn't explain it in the slightest!!)
    Fast and frantic, and deadly!!!

I actually enjoy that it is auto-fire. We have a button for the bullet time and that's all we need! I also agree that keeping the auto-fire lends to the frantic feel.

Not having the button labeled or a tutorial is awesome. Like most of your games, it makes you explore and experiment with things just to see what they do; which I enjoy. I'm just sitting there playing and thinking, "This is James, I know there's more here...wait, what's that meter on the side? Let's hit buttons. Oooo! Bullet time!" Gives me the happy feelings.

    Oh baby!

Not those happy feelings...I'll reserve those for the DrunkPunk Dude game you make in the future.

Another hit with me! I was annoyed with the auto-fire also but while showing my brother the game he started yelling for me to come in the room. That's when he showed me the bullet time effect he found! Now it makes perfect sense and was a brilliant idea! Keep up the good work Jay
