OK Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft all do digital downloads but they do it right. Example the PS3 you dont need to make a profile online to get the machine working. There is no reason to have the OUYA account creation online only and have the OUYA locked up until you create a profile and to be honest a start up company thats not sure of its future should know better. You can create offline profiles for all those companies machines ( even the xbone has had this patched in ). On the big three I have yet to come across any DRM always online game that isnt an MMO ( though I am sure there will be one somewhere ).

OUYA is a great machine with some WTF did they do that moments.
