Three GREAT Amazon App Store Side-Loads!!!

Just a quick report on 3 awesome Amazon/Android side-loaders that will support micro-transactions through Amazon, without rooting or other nonsense.

    Beach Buggy Blitz:
    http://www.amazon.com/Vector-Unit-In.../dp/B00BEPVAV8
If you are like me - Kart Racing is KING. While a bit simple, it is PRETTY, FAST and VERY PLAYABLE (thanks to gamepad setup in the options). Some occasional frame-jumps, but seems to be identical on default or super-graphic mode, so might just be my network connection.

    Castle Clash:
    http://www.amazon.com/IGG-COM-Castle.../dp/B00GTCECVG
Perfect Arcade RTS Goodness! Works very well with the Ouya Track Pad.

    Dead Trigger 2:
    http://www.amazon.com/MADFINGER-Game.../dp/B00J06HWC4
As good as zombie games get. STUNNING GRAPHICS! Also, fully customizable controller-functions. Don't walk --> RUN!!!!

Collection of Systems: NES, SNES, Saturn, Virtual Boy, Playstation, N64, Dreamcast, Macintosh, PS2, XBox, 360, Wii, Ouya, 3DS XL

How are you getting Dead Trigger 2 to work? I am unable to start the game even though I can switch menus with the OUYA controller.

Does the game work and you can't do missions? Or does it not run at all?
    Juxtaposition is the human condition.

The game runs, loads up to the start screen. I can toggle between the login and start menu, but clicking, pressing buttons on pad does nothing. Just wondering how the poster got the game to work.

rmatheso: I just installed the game and moved the left-analog stick to get to 'Options'. It auto-detected the Ouya game-pad which I set up later. One small note - there is a setting to zoom in and out of the map, but this is not accurate. It actually zooms into or out of each of your support team members 'booths' at the home-base (whenever you save someone with a special skill, they become part of your team),

It is up to you, but the following settings worked well for me:

    Move/strafe: Left Stick,

    Look (inverted Y): Right Stick,

    Fire: 'O',

    Reload: 'U',

Painkiller (med packs your team makes for you): 'A',

    Pause/Menu: 'Y',

    Iron-site Aim: RB,

    Quick-Switch to Melee Weapon: RT,

    Previous Weapon: LT,

    Next Weapon: LB,

Zoom-In (Support Group at Base): D-Pad Up,

    Zoom-Out " : D-Pad Right,

    Use Item 1: D-Pad Left,

    Use Item 2: D-Pad Down.

Lastly, the game defaults to "Auto-Fire" where it shoots on its own when you are pointed at an enemy. I chose to disable this.

If you plug in a usb keyboard and start the game you can use the keyboard to get past the login/new game screen. Eventually they'll let you enter the option menu (I think you have to hit escape or Enter) and you can configure your controller from there.

Why on earth are you using the o button to fire? Either of the triggers seems to be a better choice.

It's never been a problem for me to play this game although I use the play store version don't know if that makes a difference or not :/

Yeah, installed the Play Store version instead and it works fine. Not sure why the Amazon version doesn't work. A window popped up on the Amazon version saying that I should log onto the appstore gamecenter or something. Strange, but the game works great now. Thanks guys!
