When taken out of context, anything would sound "bad". This rule in particular is one of if not the hardest one to break on the forum and even if someone does then they needed to be voted by a majority to have an infraction be placed on their account.

All is good I guess. It just sounds like something painted on the side of the barn in Animal Farm.

Sounds like a good update.

I like the new rule. Granted, I think it's something any forum staff can do without explicitly saying it somewhere, (as forum rules are not some legal contract, and the more you try to make it be, the more unnecessarily wordy they become) if this is not something that's been done in the past and the staff feel the need to make this clear, then alright.

I feel it is on the rather lengthy side, but again, if you feel the explanations are necessary, that's your call. Better to have it in some form than none at all.

The other bits are cool too.

Can I suggest, if possible, to extend this time indefinitely for the Support section? I think it could be useful to mark as [SOLVED] the solved issues. I gave a quick look if someone already asked it but didn't find it, so sorry if it has already been asked.

Sorry, but there's no add-on nor built-in feature in VBulletin that enables me to do this. I'm also not confident in it being used despite it being a good idea because we have a hard enough time with people just logging back in after creating threads in Support section.
