Push To My OUYA In Current Games & Applications.

All that picture says is download on OUYA. It needs to be more centered towards actually acquiring the game from OUYAForum so something like "Click Here To Push To Your OUYA" outta suffice. Yes, it will no doubt be a button.

That picture is part of their brand guidelines for uses kind of like you describe but meant to bring them to the developer's game page which includes the push button. Some games don't have a push button but all games are suppose to be linked to with that picture. It would just seem kind of odd to me to do something that doesn't apply to all the games instead of something that does. All devs have a game page that may or may not have a push button. That would be something that helps all the devs, provides the push button for the gamers, kind of scratches OUYA's back because it links people that may be researching the OUYA from here but haven't bought one yet, it contains the devs' personal websites to contact them directly if needed, etc. It covers what you are suggesting and everything else. That is what OUYA made that button for. Also, it would be convenient because games that don't have a Push To My OUYA button but add one later we won't have to keep a watch on to add them to the threads. We can just add the Download On OUYA button to all of them and if the push button is added later then we won't have to change anything.

Unless there is an actual code or something, I'd let people worry about it on their own.
If they want to promote their game then they should be able to do it properly.

Also, I don't know if this is handled well, but if we blindly just add links to ALL games, what happens to the premium games? Will it then be considered piracy?
Downloading from ouyalytics works the same I think?

I think she is referring to the push function that is on OUYA.tv but linking it from here somehow instead. If not then I think it is a bad idea. However, I still think the Download On OUYA button would be a good idea because it just goes to the devs' game pages. It would be just like the,"Available in the OUYA store now!" link in your signature.

Those are the ones that don't have push buttons but they could change any time. A developer could try premium and switch or use free to try and switch. But the Download On OUYA button makes that irrelevant because it goes to the page that may or may not have the push button which may or may not change depending on if a dev chooses to switch monetization methods. It could be a button used for all games. That is what it was made for. It would be as simple as putting in the Download on OUYA button in every game/app thread and linking them to their game page. Every game that has a push button would be covered obviously and we wouldn't have to make adjustments later if the push buttons change because the monetization methods changed. It isn't as convenient as one click to push like you are looking for but it is just adding one more click and makes it convenient in another way because we wouldn't have to update the links if the push buttons change.
