    Okay, now things got really interesting. I'm going to contact an employee from the company directly and have him come view your issue so hang tight. He's off on weekends so he'll most likely get back to you tomorrow. I'm willing to bet that you might have to send it in to the company to have them check it out in person but who knows. Perhaps we can figure out a way for you to avoid that if possible and if not then you're lucky because OUYA Incorporation is pretty damn good at getting things fixed and getting things back in the hands of the owners.

    thanks, been all over the net today trying to find out whats going on I cant even use the ouya till I gets an update I even sent a email to ouya with no reply

    Yeah, that's common. Most of the employees (that I'm aware of) don't work on weekends so when everybody during that time-span sends emails to the company and once Monday comes then there's lots of work to be done because of that backlog.
