    Yeah, I've had a few matches against the CPU where they've just been like LEEEEROY JENKINS! and ran toward me, planted a bomb, and got us both stuck in its path.

    I like the AI in this more than I did on the NES version. At least here the AI is unpredictable.

    If there's ever a JNKB2, I feel that every character could have his or her own like, special ability of some sort. I'm pretty bad at thinking up these sorts of things, so I don't really have any suggestions... I did get the idea from playing a crapton of NeonPlat Adventures recently.

    Also: Guest characters from other devs for a part 2?

    You might've noticed, I've only used one button on the controller...
    Even with the "Detonator" and "Remote Control" powerups, you're still only using that one single button.

    .. Did that on purpose

    Future proofing for future features! (eg Special Move Powerup!!)
    I'd love to have gotten around to adding those into v1, but spent far too much time playing around with that AI system. I wasn't even originally going to add AI players into the mix, but in the end I'm glad I took the time to do that.
    The other big "planned, but abandoned due time spent on AI" should be fairly obvious once I point out that I have a completely separate titlescreen menu which only actually has a "Battle" button on it!
