    I don't think so. Twitch can stream all day long.

    It sounds like it could be a memory leak issue on the Youtube App. For it to suddenly stop working over a period of time. Maybe the leak lies somewhere in the interface.

    But, the fact is, it always stops working when the controller goes to sleep.

    * I recently installed the latest available youtube app for the ouya.

    * I log into my account and it shows my Watch History from other devices and subscriptions.

    * The app Keeps freezing when playing back Video> after 10-15 mins it freezes and I have to exit and log back in.

    The app is useless if you can't watch more than 5mins of video without it freezing.

    *Is there a known fix for this?

    *Seems like someone is watching this thread since I was just moved here.

    *Realize that alot of people are also having issues with this app> freezing after 5 mins of playback.

    I find that i could be the controller getting ready to sleep that crashes it, if I keep pressing buttons while watching it can play video for longer than 10 mins.

    * I hope someone can find a fix for this.

    Check your OUYAs for the latest YouTube update.

    In this update you will find powering off the controller no longer stops media playback. You should be able to let the videos play for hours. (Assuming network connectivity is good)

    I updated, but the videos still stutter occasionally and have severe audio lag after some minutes. Gues, I'll have to wait a bit more.

    * Still Testing...

    I assume Uninstalling the app and Re-installing automatically updates it?

    * No freezes so far.

    LOL

    The newest update has smoothed everything out a bit more, but I'm still having hiccups and odd audio spazz outs. As soon as this works perfectly I can retire my ps3 to the office...

    Happy to hear things are going forward! As others say, I hold off on this until it's working properly. I use the sideloaded YouTube app (which works perfectly except that I can't log in) in the meantime, no worries.
