    Dummy Town - JenotsCom

    Hello folks,
Our game Dummy Town was just published on OUYA:
    https://www.ouya.tv/game/Dummy-Town/

Control crash dummies, brought back to life by radiation, smashing their way through the debris of the forsaken town, used for nuclear bomb tests, running away from yet another explosion, in hopes to save their lives (or so they think).

Dummy Town is a strategy like action game, controlling up to 5 characters simultaneously, trying to get them to a safe zone through punching, jump kicking and exploding obstacles on their way, while empowering their abilities with radioactively charged amulets.

    Control up to 5 characters
Smashing, jump kicking and exploding obstacles
    And using radioactive amulets
All to get them to a save zone

Our test group responders said that OUYA version is a little harder than original multi touch screen version, but that was what made it more awesome. And deep into the game with 5 characters, lots of responders replied that they did not know they could handle the joystick so well, so fast.

    So what are your feedback?

Awesome try out for our game by @NTitley3

Couple of glitches and polishes (even possibly a crash ) noticed that should be fixed of course

But really seeing him playing and struggle was really enjoying, we wanted to pass on OUYA for this game, but these kind of players and reviews make us stick to it and make additional port OUYA

Didn't even realize this was posted. Played it a few days ago and thought it was pretty interesting. Sort of reminds me of Super Hero Retsuden on the Dreamcast

@Kaimega thank you for your kind words. Never heard of Super Hero Retsuden (never owned a Dreamcast), but due to the broken isometry/perspective, Dummy Town is often compared to retro games, especially the Track and Field ones

I enjoyed his singing and lyrics to the game's song. It was hilarious. His singing should be added into the game:

    Switching players
    I'm hitting into stuff
What the f@#% is going on
    in this game. Oh no!
    The music never changes
    I think it's one track
    the whole game
    Bum bum bum bum bum...

I like it. Its one of thoes games you think you would be better at than you are, but when the pace picks up you're a second off moving the box and start pressing the wrong button. You lose time in a hurry playing this one.
