can we get some of the negative stuff too. They do read the forum and it would help them if there is a place that they need to improve. Of course keep it constructive and don't just go stupid on them.
I'm unhappy with how this thread has gone. I miscalculated in what it would garner because the members we do have that complain about customer support are our one-shot members and that's what I made the miscalculation on. They create an account, complain, and then leave to never sign in again.
