There is a streaming site in VA which should get you very good performance. It is possible that there is a bug in the session set up phase, which we would be keen to look into.

Is the Mass Effect trilogy and the 2013 Star Trek game available on your service?

Playcast has a license agreement with EA and Namco which include these titles as part of its service. At this point in time Playcast can not commit or make any representations with regards to availability of these titles as part of the service on Ouya.

Is this service region locked? Will it work in Sweden? I'm currently unable to try this myself since I am away on a trip.

The service is not geo-locked. After installing and launching the app, the client will be measuring the latency to various servers and if latency and network quality are within the set threshold a session will be initiated.
