    Screenshots/Pictures not loading on OUYA interface

    Hi there,

    I just bought an OUYA today. After getting it all set up as well as installing the Chupacabra update, I am unable to see any screenshots or video or anything like that in the interface. I want to see the previews of what game or application I want to buy and/or download. All I see is that cicle "loading" thing that keeps going on forever and ever. I restarted my system, changed the network from wireless/wired and vice versa but nothing is loading up. Is this a known bug? I even searched the forum to see if anyone has this problem but looks like I am the only one so far. A little help will be appreciated. Thanks!

    I'm using the OUYA today and I've had it since the retail launch. Over the course of its life sometimes the data won't load because of OUYA Incorporation's servers, a poor internet connection, or some other issue. It's an issue that fixes itself in no time flat but it's still annoying nonetheless. If you're still having issues tomorrow then I'll get in contact with someone from the company to come check out your thread to see what they can do.

    i have te same problem since a couple of hours. seems to be a problem serverside. videos are loading. only all the pictures don't load.

    Thanks! I never knew this has been an intermittent issue. Internet connection is fine and fast so it can't be that. I'll let you know tomorrow evening if I see the issue still occurs.

    No problem, and more often than not we get some new content submitted to Discover after the issue fixes itself. I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but if you have trouble seeing details on Discover then keep in mind that you might see new content along with the fix the next day.

    Things like this is reason enough for an @playouya feed on the main page. That way server issues could be reported to the community.

    there actually is a feed on the...mainpage...and they didnt say anything about it yet.

    Have the same problems here. All the screenshots (and even the game's informations for that matter) load awfully slow, even though a DSL Speedtest shows perfect results on my 100 Mbit connection. I also don't use Wifi.
