The games that have been on sale recently are ones that hardly anyone has requested. We need to have sales for high profile games like Final Fantasy, Shadowgun, Sonic the Hedgehog, and AVP: Evolution. Someone needs to turn on the eyebrow signal. Just think of it as the bat-signal, but instead of Batman we summon Jared.

Final Fantasy would be a good one for new people coming to the OUYA, especially since it looks like Squeenix isn't bringing anything else.
I say priority to the games that have never been on sale. I am looking at Magic Rampage right now and I am almost certain it has never been on sale. It would be an insta buy for me with a 30% cut.
Magic Rampage was 50% off at the end of December.
Still hoping for another Pinball Arcade sale, since I missed the last.
