ES File Explorer Not Working & OUYA Showing "OUYA Interface Has Stopped"

I like the update, really loves to put my favorite sideloaded games into play menu. Now the dark part: After update (my OUYA was always rooted and all the process was perfect!) ES Explorer (versión 3.0.4) don´t work anymore. I tried with other versions including the latest from Play but NO!! Es is no more. Worst is that ASTRO also not work anymore with Chupacabra (and has worked with Jackalope). So now im using File Explorer, wich is as good as ES and runs perfectly. Other issue is with some sideloaded games that i have installed before the update and now when i try to open results in "Ouya Interface has stopped" and kicks me off to the root menu. But i can live with these flaws because overall thngs are going right.

A last Plea: Can Someone make a step-by-step guide to make MOGA emulation work?? Thanks.

1) Check the "All Things Root" thread for MOGA mod related stuff

2) All "latest" versions of ES File Browser has not worked in nearly half a year. I have a version that does work on OUYA but if you want me to send it to you, you will have to wait till 4:30 EST at the earliest.

That is not accurate. It won't launch if you use Ouya default launcher ( a.k.a. MAKE menu or favorites section ) but try to launch it from XBMC or Google Play and you will see that it still works perfectly.

Ok, seems that the way i launch ES is the cause of trouble. I will check your advise. In Jackalope i used versión 3.0.4 and launched OK from MAKE menu. Anyway, im really happy with File Manager (sideloaded from Play) because Works ok, i can launch it from the native OUYA interface and extraction from .ZIP Works (ES crashed in Jackalope).
I you have any ideas about these games that now crashes the whole interface (Spiderman Toxic City), you re welcome.

So is there a fix though? It's nice that it works from XBMC (mine does), but that's extra steps than I had to use before when it was just in MAKE.

To reduce the extra steps, you might want to use an apps launcher that is way faster to load than XBMC. Add it as a favorite and you're good to go.
