Big consoles are now in that area that movies are, use the same formula and hope it sells...unfortunately it does.
Plus their budgets would not allow for something like that unless it was wrapped in a FPS, RPG or something like that.

The problem I see if there's going to be an article or two where you see people trashing them. I remember a Dragon article from one of the conferences where the comment section accused Ouya of taking advantage of the situation by funding them to do the game. It's a hard line to walk. But if people hear have an audience then they can post positive and maybe their network can help make that go viral.
