I get vibes of Q-Bert, Mario Bros., and Bubble Bobble from NeonPlat Raw/Extreme.
The Ouya really has reminded me of my childhood playing with the Apple IIGS. It was a system where there were all these quirky games, some made by very small companies and hobbyists, just like the OUYA. Obviously these games aren't identical, just the ones that bring back those old school feelings:
Gunslugs reminds me of:
Task Force!
Twin Tiger Shark reminds me of:
Silpheed!
Pocket RPG reminds me of:
Catacombs GS!
Deep Dungeons of Doom reminds me of:
The Immortal!
What Ouya games remind you some some old favorites?

OUYA games I've had a hand in: Slashers: The Power Battle (voice actor), Battle High 2 (casting/marketing director, voice actor)
My pick doesn't remind me of a video game and instead a real life pinball table. Pinball Arcade's FunHouse is a beautifully crafted virtual machine that plays just like the real thing that I used to play at Pizza Hut when they still made good food and I was a kid. Ah, times have changed.

Ironically Choplifter reminds me of Choplifter
Good question.
Waiting to see some answers.
And Lemegeton...Castlevania.
Ultionus: A Tale of Petty Revenge reminds me of Commander Keen
Shuttle Rush is similar to Major Havoc
Neon Shadow is like Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold or Corridor 7: Alien Invasion
Heavy Recoil isn't entirely unlike Contra, but I'd be hard pressed to say which one it resembles most
Beast Boxing Turbo is very reminiscent of Super Punch-Out
Wind-up Knight almost always gets me thinking of Clockwork Knight despite their many differences
and Night Riders was obviously inspired by Super Hang-On
Meltdown reminds me of Berzerk. How it looks and how all the bots come at me makes me think it would be a lot like this if made today. It just needs electrified walls.
Antichromatic reminds me of Metroid and Zelda II
Maltida Castilla is a love-letter to Super Ghouls and Ghosts
Towerfall reminds me of a 2-D Smash Bros/Power Stone hybrid
Bears Can't Drift reminds me of a weaker version of the godly Crash Team Racing
Gaurodan- Defender meets Rampage. Two childhood classics of mine.
Ittle Dew- the original nes Legend of Zelda, one of the vey first games I ever played- my biggest beef w/ ID is that the overworld wasn't big enough for me to get lost in or really have 'an adventure' with and there weren't enough dungeons to go around. I got sick of the central Castle area pretty fast.
Wilson's Adventure- Adventure Island 1 + Donkey Kong Country with slight vibes of Crash Bandicoot
Don't Eat Soap- Bubble Bobble straight up, me and my brother did co-op all the time.
Pizza Boy- Super Mario Bros. w/ a hero who looks like Jontron.
Ittle Dew, as mentioned, is very Zelda-ish. The Cave reminds me strongly of old point-and-click adventure games, particularly those using the SCUMM engine (which shouldn't be much of a surprise, really...given the studio behind The Cave).
I'm sure there are many, many more...but those are a good start.
