We just released build 1.0.4, which fixes the melee bugs, among some other things.

Update notes:
- Fixed a wrong sprite sometimes being shown briefly when a door is destroyed.
- Fixed a bug that was causing AI decision making to be too slow.
- Fixed a bug with the player melee speed limiter.
- Fixed a bug that was causing enemies to not scale properly with damage state (makes full-strength enemies stronger).
- Adjusted balance and scoring due to changes in difficulty from bug fixes.
- Tweaked tutorial text.
- Added a music loop during gameplay.
- Added more description of content in the world packs on the purchase screen.
- Added a series of menu idle / post-credits screens that display information about the base enemies.
- Fixed a bug that caused the plasma shot charging sound to get stuck if the game is paused while a player is charging a shot.
- Hide the bundle pack from the purchase screen when a player has already purchased one of the included worlds, as purchasing the remaining worlds separately is cheaper.
