Slashers: The Power Battle is a 2D weapons-based fighting game. It's already available on Windows and Android, for free. ouya.tv has it listed for coming out this month, and I think I saw somewhere where the release date was slate for the 25th.

Slashers is a sequel to a Game Boy Advance game, Dual Blades. I played a bit of Dual Blades years ago. Not too memorable, but what I do remember wasn't bad. Notably, though, I think this marks the first "traditional" fighter for the OUYA. And since the Windows and Android versions are free, it's likely this version will be, too.

I'm excited.
