Also Eddie what the hell? If you're gonna support them for going back on their words; breaking the trust of anyone who bakced them on kickstarter; breaking the trust of anyone who read shit reviews about the ouya and bought one anyways; breaking the trust of the developers who are already on the store by changing what's required to enter the market; then I think you and your brother should reasses what it means to work for your customers.
OUYA has to do what they think is best for surviving in this market. I'd rather see OUYA succeed as a console, rather than go under honoring their original business plan.
