iStream on XBMC

Has anyone played around with iStream for XBMC found in the Xunity repo? Was using it last night and it was quite good! What are other peoples thoughts?

I've heard good things about Istream but never figured out how to get it installed. I did manage to get the Istream installer but don't know what it does. Never mind I think I got it working for the first time.

That looks to be a different istream. More info would be at xunitytalk.com, its still going strong. I'm not even sure I would classify it as an add-on. Mainly used for Movies and TV Shows, it basically searches a bunch of sources and comes back with the best matches. The user interface is what really caught my eye when searching for media. Personally, I have 3 or 4 different add-ons that I use for media and with iStream I could afford to get rid of all them. There are a few good vids on youtube showing it off, some people saying its the best thing that hit xbmc for a few years. I'll continue to test it out, right now it looks promising.

It works amazing and now streams live tv. Updates almost every other day. I use the amber skin with it

and all this time i thought istream is all about skins..i cant even get the live streams to work. lol any tips?

I had to use the amber skin then it was added. Didn't work on the default skin.
