OUYA (store) to start embedding in other hardware

So let me get this straight. They want to put Ouya software on mobiles. So does that mean if I download Ouya to my Samsung my phone will lock up and become useless until I give it my credit card details?

Either the people at Ouya are spoon burners of the highest order or Ouya is run by this guy....

..... Not a single place did I see them say Ouya software on mobiles. They are talking about other manufacturers making consoles for it, or embedding into TV..

I will again, for the umpteenth time, list examples of companies who have done this already before because people simply don't want to listen or understand:

3DO - Panasonic, Goldstar, Sanyo
Sega Saturn - Hitachi, JVC, Samsung
Google Nexus - a whole slew of people

This isn't groundbreaking stuff, it has been done before.
