I can't access Apps on the official android store due to google play

I'm a new member to this site and I apologize if this has either been asked before or is potentially off topic. However, I've been trying to figure out how to link my Ouya to my google play account. I want to download apps off of the store however it won't allow me saying that I need to click on "the white shopping bag icon." I've been looking for this icon and I couldn't find it. Again I'm sorry if I'm a noob, I just want to download dropbox

You could try sideloading dropbox or just access it from your browser- that's what I do.

DropBox works fine sideloaded. You just have to make sure to use the touchpad to navigate.

You can also use DropBox straight from the web browser, which is what I normally do.

You can also get the amazon app store for dropbox which doesn't require rooting lol
