Thanks! it's the typical "Buttons getting caught under the faceplate" issue. Also, does anyone else have trouble getting youtube to play on the browser?

- My buttons are sticky, will they send me a new controller or faceplate?
- Where is the internet browser?
- Are the netflix and ouya apps here or coming later?

I missed the part that this was a "PC" build. I have a mac, but I'll be home in two weeks and I'll try it out there - so excited!
