The controller looks an awful lot like a popular cloud based gaming companies. However, I am pretty eager to see this thing in action.
I unfortunately do not own an Ouya console as of yet. I would imagine with the SDK it would include whatever drivers, files, etc that you would need for it to support PC connection and installation....
From what I can see here the SDK comes with a micro-USB port.
Worst case scenario is you don't qualify, best case is your game blows up and you win the prizes. Good luck to you guys!

$99/year is still a hefty fee just to play Android games...3d or not. They would need to incorporate way more than just games and 3D to justify a $99/year pricetag.
