The icon is perfect :)
Regarding the splash:
- "xbmc by..." is too big. The original size was perfect.
- IMO, there is not enough contrast between the "haze" and the "SPMC". The first try seemed nicer, too.
- Replacing the magenta tint by a cyan one is great, otoh.

Hello I can't stream 1080p movies i get a pink screen after 10mins......any help on this would be appreciated!

Yep, realized that once I actually loaded as the splash and saw it on the TV.
This is still a work in progress, but I'm trying to see were we are to get it as close as I can to what you're looking for. Getting a better contrast between the "haze" and text is a easy fix, my biggest issue with that was trying to keep the haze from haloing.
I'll do some tweaking and get back to you. But I guess if you're happy with it, we can call the icon complete. :)

Everything should now be pretty much the same (minus the magenta) with a few tweaks.

If you could send me the icon in xcf, so that I can generate the different dpi's, I'll incorporate it asap.
Are you using the Ouya XBMC or the latest side-loaded Gotham XBMC http://xbmc.org/download/ ? the Gotham 13.1 version can do a lot more then the original Ouya Frodo 12.4 release.
Have you tried different types of 1080p files to help determine if its a codec issue? .mkv .avi .mp4 ?
How are the 1080p movies being streamed? over SMB? loaded onto your /usbdrive ? if you are streaming is your Ouya wireless or plugged in?

I did a fresh install of SPMC Gotham on my Ouya and it keeps crashing on the boot screen. I reset the Ouya with still no luck of SPMC booting up. Doesnt seem to be a common problem as no one else has mentioned it, but does anyone have any ideas how I could fix this?
Also just tried to install spmc 13.2.0 on my fire tv, and that too wouldn't boot up. Kept crashing after the spmc boot logo.
