Well, the title says everything, there is a way to play indie game SORR in ouya? Maybe by emulation, streaming from PC or other way?

Just use an emulator. No need for the remake.
Just use a Genesis and the cart. All of mine still work. No need for an emulator. :p I looked it up and think the remake looks interesting.Quote:

Wow I did not know someone made another streets of rage game from scratch , congrats to them. However their is a previous streets of rage game as a follow up to the series called Open Bor Engine . Ive never installed it on android , but heres a link of it where its running on a JXD. Be warned its in french:

-EDIT-: Whoops! I forgot that SORR actually isn't an OpenBOR game... Well. This is embarrassing. There's usually a lot of Streets of Rage remakes made for OpenBOR, so that's why I was confused. Anyways, I hope my information still helped you get more out of your Ouyas. :)

In fact, http://www.chronocrash.com is the current official OpenBOR site. OpenBOR is an excellent engine with a lot of neat games if you like 2D :) The community may not be as large as, say, MUGEN... but there's a lot of quality, free games to play.
I recommend you guys also try Contra Locked n' Loaded, Knights & Dragons: Endless Quest, and my own game ClaFan - Classic Fantasy.
