Subforum Suggestion: Artwork/Gfx

Hello everyone, I was thinking we could have an art/graphics subforum. This is an Ouya/gaming site, yes, but I think the forum could have something a little different, like this. A lot of other forums have an art subforum even if they're not art related, and it can draw a lot of attention. We could have SOTW competitions theme based, artist of the month polls, and simply somewhere to share our art. It could keep the forum members entertained as these kind of competitions are always fun to have. What do you guys think?

It's not a bad idea to throw something like this in the Off Topic area. We can see how much interest this post gets to judge how it would go over.

I really like the idea

But I think the issue is that we probably have too many forums at the moment, and how much would it get used? Probably the community has to grow a bit before it gets used (plus a lot of art related to OUYA would be art from a particular game, in which case it should probably go in that game's thread)

I agree with this. It's a good idea for the creative minds but I think it will be nothing but a ghost town unless we have a few insured members who are on-board.

True, I'm gonna hold a SOTW competition later in the Off Topic section and see how well it goes.

If nothing else it would be a good place for developers to search for competent help regarding the artwork - since many are struggling with that part.
