Yea my receipt says thank you for unlocking all levels, I have 'unlocked' the castle level but when I try to play it I get prompt to pay.
Well, I emailed OUYA about this, it happened with soccertron as well, I'll keep the forum posted to see what went wrong.

Yes! Sorry I didn't reply to this sooner. Basically when you buy directly from discover menu (not in game) sometimes you have to repurchase in game.
You don't get billed twice.
This happened a few times for me with a few games, easy way around this is to always buy within the games.
This game was one of my first downloads, and it's still one of my favourites, it's always good for a laugh. One of the funniest games I ever played, on any system :D
