Wow! Simply amazing. I enjoyed watching the game play video!
Well done on the animations and the sound effects!
I can imagine myself playing this with friends for a few hours! Looks like lots of fun!
I will definitely buy this when its out!

now I can finish this thing up and get it on the store :-)
stay tuned...
Hey Eric, I just downloaded the most recent version on my work PC. I'm playing it right now, I LOVE IT! Can't wait to get home and try it tonight on the console. The level of polish here is really, really tight. Excellent work.
Thanks!
..and to anyone trying it on OUYA, I uploaded a new beta this morning if you want to try it out:
BombSquad_OUYA_1.3.6b2.apk
This one has OUYA-specific button labels and UI bits, an improved framerate when running 1080p, better support for the OUYA controller, and text input now works so you can name your characters and playlists. This should be pretty much the final version I get on the store any day now. (except that'll be a $5 purchase with a time-limited demo).
Holler if you run into any bugs or whatnot. Otherwise enjoy!
Wow! $5 is a perfect price for such great game.
Very cool... I will immediately get it the moment my Ouya arrives!!
Will you add more mini games over time?
As a note for people who were testing the game, it looks like you need to uninstall manually (in the Android settings) before downloading the game from the store.
The game does not appear to be shutting down when I double-tap the system button on the controller, is this by design?
Can someone make a video with multiplayer gameplay?
It's doing the standard Android thing where it just gets suspended in the background and then the OS shuts it down whenever it sees fit. Are you seeing different behavior in other apps? I could have it always pop back to the main menu when it gets resumed or something, but as far as I know there's no 'legal' way for an Android app to force itself to quit outside of intentionally crashing itself.
