I think he's looking for something that will turn a 2d game into a 3d game.
but i'm not sure because I don't think english is the OP's first language so something could be lost in translation.

It sounds like hes looking for the kind of enhancement on the ouya image output that you would see if you had, for instance, dolphin running wii games with all of the textures rendered at 1080p with optimizations and all of that on the fly. If that is the case, programs to dynamically determine what an image is in the first place are in their infancy. Dolphin and other emulators and apps can do those enhancements because it is actually doing the 3D rendering and can modify and scale those before they are output as a flat image. A device that not only identifies what a video frame is but then refactors the image into an redrawn and enhanced version of itself with intelligently and visually satisfyingly placed shadow and blur AND does this frame by frame at a speed that is still watchable or, even more extreme, playable is just not a technology that exists. If you invent that and it works, you are a mad genius, and you and your family will never need to work again because your patent will have incredibly far reaching implications in almost every "smart" technology we use today.
It will also help the terminators kill us all way faster.
The OUYA is the OUYA is the OUYA. There really is no other way to put it. It sounds like trying to turn the OUYA into something it's not. If you can't enjoy it as is then maybe the issue isn't the unit. That may sound harsh but think about it. When you buy a console, do you go through all those things to play it? No, you usually open the box, unpack it, plug it up, turn it on. Sure you can do tweaks to it and all that but you're burning cash when you don't need to. What would all this stuff change in the end since most of it wouldn't work and the ones that don't exist, well I don't even need to explain the problem there.
You guys are smashing my dreams of an Ouya32X.

Could always try this.... still not sure what it does but it seems to work all kinds of neat magic for gamers!
