1Channel: Failed to connect to url

Hello Everyone,

For about a month now, I've been getting this error message when trying to open it up from xbmc hub. I was working for a few months (I'm a new user).

Failed to connect to url.
http://1channel.occupyuk.co.uk

I've tried uninstalling the program, reboot the machine, reinstall from the "Bstrdsmkr" and I've tried going through superrepo.

Any help would be great.

First question: What version of XBMC are you using? The one from Discover, SPMC, or something else?

Second question: What's "Bstrdmkr"?

My general advice is to make sure you have the latest version of whatever style XBMC you use.

Hi, I will check this weekend which version I have. When I installed it, I was following a link from Google to download xbmchub so I cannot tell you for sure. When I went to get 1Channel I followed a youtube video about "fusion" and then find "Bstrdmkr" I think thats who had the repository. It worked fine until a few weeks ago (3-4). So then I tried enabling it from SuperRepo and still no luck.

Any advise on how to update xbmchub?

Hmm... the thing that confuses me is when you say "xbmchub". xbmchub.com is the old name of the website for tvaddons.ag. Are you saying that's the name of your app? I hadn't heard of that before.

Speaking of tvaddons, you might want to look at their tutorial for xbmc configuration here.

I've got the bstrdmkr repository as well, and my 1channel is working fine. I had problems with it a few months ago and updated SPMC (the version of XBMC I personally use) and it all got fixed. If you want to try something different, you can download SPMC and see if it works better for you. You can download the latest version here. Good luck!

Oh, and just to make things more confusing, xbmc is now called Kodi. :)

I had the same problem. Discover version. I did what was suggested, but now everything comes up with no sources found.
