Very different. I'm struggling to think of another game where I can enter a town, pray away the Black Death in a chapel, get into a sword bar fight against racists, after my victory in the bar offer my party including the female one who was the victim of the racism some relaxation in a brothel with other females, and then finally returning back to the chapel to pray away the syphilis I gave everyone in the brothel before going back out into the wild to watch one of my knights struggle to get his armour off in time because of the dysentery he caught from drinking contaminated water.
