Has Customer Support Been Naughty Or Nice?
Hello,
I'm asking the community whether they'd consider OUYA Incorporation's customer support to be adequate or not. I've always spoken with people directly so I can't say anything from personal experience but I'm always getting mixed responses from this community in regards to their issues actually getting solved in the end. Keep in mind that this isn't a thread to type out woe is me type stuff and instead informative responses that may be constructive criticism. Ask yourselves these questions first before responding.
Was my issue something that can't be helped on my end or theirs? I see this the most of all.
Was my issue something of a personal wish-list and not actually something required of customer support to begin with? I also see this a lot.
Was my reported issue coherent? Nobody should have to use a decoder ring to decipher what someone else says.
Was my issue also the same issue I've brought to customer support five billion times now? Again, I also see this a lot. Don't flood the system.
Was my issue actually valid to begin with? How do I OUYA?
