3/ that's almost the same in many shooting game using that. We might want to implement a smoother version of the camera going back to no aiming position
4/ hahaha, indeed this character already has all the animation required to make him playable... I have to admit that he would have been unlocked once you finished all the levels of the game. Initially we wanted to release 3 levels of 10 missions in campaign mode. However budget and stuff make that impossible... we will certainly unlock that character in a future update, stay tuned. he won't be upgradable as he's freaking badass.. I'll post a picture of him and his weapon soon...
5/ this is a hard one. remember playing Gothic 3 and it was pretty much the same. I think here it might be a matter of personal taste as well. Remember you can go into the options and lower the sound of the music.

@1). Hmm, I see.
@2). That would be excellent.
@3). For the most part you're right but out of all the games I've played over the years this one amongst a minority of other ones with their own "quirks" causes issues for me. Perhaps asking other members if they experience the same thing I am.
@4). That would be incredibly awesome. He's by far my favorite looking character in the game :)
@5). The song itself is good; it's just how it's implemented in the game I have a problem with. Imagine us in a car driving with the radio on. Imagine me turning the volume up to an uncomfortable degree (compared to the quaint/normal sound of the road) along with starting and stopping the song a million times. You would pull a Twisted Metal and drive right into a building just to relieve you of my annoyance.
