Have there been any mods for the Ouya controller? The only one I've seen was the one with the hellraiser case and of course painted controllers but nothing else. And also could you replace the buttons with say... xbox replacement buttons?

I found this video where uploader replaced his OUYA thumb sticks with those from an Xbox360.

Edit:
I like this video in particular. :)

What I'd love to see is if the D-Pad and the analog triggers can be modded with new buttons (I myself hate the d-pad and the back triggers, they need to be upgraded somehow). Knowing that the analog sticks can be changed is a step in the right direction thankfully.

EDIT: I just remembered a crucial piece of modding equipment I used on my PS3 controller's d-pad. It's THIS.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2pcs-D-Pad-Direction-Pad-Cover-Cap-s-For-PS2-PS3-Dual-Shock-3-2-Controller-Mod-/261046533434?pt=US_Video_Gaming_Replacement_Parts_ Tools&hash=item3cc795fd3a

This thing has made the PS3 controller's d-pad that much more amazing and enjoyable. I had a second one still unused, and then I just thought what if it was on the OUYA controller's d-pad.. so I tried it, and it fits on there perfectly! It also performs a LOAD better than I thought too. :D

Well I like the d-pad thing. I would love to be able to use one of those transforming d-pads for the 360 because I love them and I will be changing the thumb sticks. Once I finally get my ouya I won't be changing anything until know the design I'm going with on my controller. But if someone can just change those triggers and I'll be set. One more thing... I don't know what performing a load is

I'm going to have to do a trigger mod as I accidentally dropped my controller and the little plastic loop that holds R2 in place has snapped. It works fine with no trigger but is a bit awkward.

I have a mini wooden jenga brick that is the perfect width and a glue gun lookout for my high tech upgrade soon lol :)

Lol I'm interested to see how it turns out :D

What I would like to see is a mod for the D-pad that makes it less "mushy" and more precise. Someone had mentioned a similar mod for the PSP, but it didn't look like it would translate well to me.

I don't think there is a controller for Ouya out there.

I don't understand what you mean

I tried this mod with a pair of PS3 analog sticks from my fake PS3 controller, and they work marvelously with the OUYA controller.

I just tried out some old gray 360 thumbsticks I had laying around and they fit perfect. Makes a world of difference and just ordered a black set from amazon for around $6 shipped. Worth it, I think.

You can also change the appearence of your ouya controller with decals from Decal Girl.
