Hi!

Using this great guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2295645) of mybook4 i create a windows batch file that will do all the hard work.

Installing:
1. You must Root your device (http://ouyaforum.com/showthread.php?5147) first!
2. Download zip file (http://tiny.cc/thewiz_ouya_recovery) and Extract any place you want.
3. Connect OUYA to your computer using USB-mini and power-up OUYA.
4. Run file "ouya_cwm.cmd" as administrator on your windows computer.
5. Done!

Output should be:

################################################## #########################
# OUYA CWM Recovery #
# TheWiz(c) Version 1.00 30.07.13 #
################################################## #########################

*** Installing OUYA Driver

The problem is that adb isn't in your system path when running the script. You need to add it to your path or go to the platform-tools folder in the android sdk and run it from there. If you need help to add it, let me know and I'll help you.

Well I tried adding the ouya_cwm.cmd and the OuyaCWMrecovery6.0.3.2 file to the platform-tools folder and I ran it from there and it still doesn't work. I don't think not having adb was the issue though because there were adb files already in the unzipped folder I originally ran the script in.

I even tried manually navigating to platform-tools folder and launching the script from within command prompt and it still doesn't work. In the Input below you can see I ran a test to make sure that the adb driver was working:

adb kill-server

c:\Users\Penn\Development\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20130717\sdk\platform-tools>
echo 0x2836 >> "%USERPROFILE%\.android\adb_usb.ini"

c:\Users\Penn\Development\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20130717\sdk\platform-tools>
adb start-server

c:\Users\Penn\Development\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20130717\sdk\platform-tools>

I then get this error dialog box:

and it just stays there and does nothing.

Well, I was planning to install Xposed framework all along; however, in the guide to install Xposed it's advised to create a system backup which is why I was trying to get CWM installed in the first place...sigh. I guess I'll just install Xposed and keep my fingers crossed that everything turns out okay...I don't currently have a usb keyboard so I was hoping I could get this method to work, but looks like I'd need to get one anyways because CWM only works via USB keyboard.

Hey i was having an issue with the recovery where i think i may have messed up my directory structure as filepwn doesnt show what its suppose to show.

It shows this at the top it says /storage/sdcard0 then beneath that it says parent folder then beneath that it says /storage and beneath that is the only file i see ouya_config.server.json.

Could someone help me out and go to the mounted part of the recovery and let me know what you got mounted and unmounted?
