View Full Version : Formatting Hard Drive to FAT32?

Anybody have some easy instructions or programs I may get ahold of to complete this stupidly simple task lol
Also may help alot of other folks who may hav this troubling issue :D

I usually run Linux (like Puppy or Peppermint OS) from a "Live" CD and then use GParted (partition editor) for all of my partitioning and formatting needs.

If you have a large drive you want to format to fat32, you can use this tool to format it (due to fat32 limitations) so that the ouya recognise it.

nope nothing works for me i have tried everything, exfat, fat32 and ntfs nothing works or registers i dont even see the sdcard storage which is sad...i guess ill be returning it to the store or rma...

I honestly don't think ur doing the right thing man. Once ur HD is formatted to FAT32 it can b read by practically every device on the planet haha. U may just not b mnt'ing the HD for the emulator to b able to read it. Hav u tried you tubing some vids for help on getting roms to load on certain emulators?
