To tell you the truth this is a completely optional update and by no means considered mandatory to any fiber of my being. I just think that instead of a bar, a percentages total would be nifty. It's more detailed than a bar that goes from left to right and kind of puts me in a better state of mind when I try to download something at a snail's pace.

I would prefer this. Especially since I go back and forth between the game tile and the details to see the bar at different lengths.

Perhaps a better option would be to keep the bar and put the percentage overtop of the app logo with a screen between the two.

Yeah, that could work! That way we wouldn't have to sacrifice presentation while also being able to just scan with our eye-balls to see how much something has downloaded straight from the icon and not having to go into the details page.

I would only want this implemented if it goes to 110%

Um... why? What would the extra 10% contain?

The install of course. And because Ouya only gives 110%

Ugh lol. I should have seen that coming. I hated when my coaches would say that lol

Yeah whenever possible I'd always prefer a number I could see and/or have a better idea of what percentage I was looking at than just a progress bar.

The worst progress bar ever is on the nook tablets. It has a little bar, and a percentage. But what it ends up doing is going from 0 to 99% in about three seconds, and then you wait about a minute and a half for it to finally hit 100%. I'd honestly rather not see either and just have a spinning doodad over the word "working" if it's just going to tease me like that.

I like the path this is going down. RS, sometimes you make me think you might be okay :p
