I bought an OUYA specifically to put into my truck for my DVD Head unit with HDMI. The lack of a car charger inhibits my installation, because I have to rely on a power inverter. Having a way to plug this in to a cigarette lighter port would be fantastic, because I could hardwire in a new one that I could hide for a clean install!

If your car has a 12V electrical system (most cars do) all you need is a 12V voltage regulator for 2-3 Amps. (Ouya's original psu is rated 1.5A.) If you have some knowledge about soldering, you can find really simple schematics to build one, google for "12V regulated 3A" (https://www.google.hu/search?q=12v+regulator+3a&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=0PBlU767DfDa0QX52YGADA&ved=0CE0QsAQ&biw=1920&bih=915). You can also buy ready made units, search on ebay for something like "12v car voltage stabilizer" (http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.X12 v+car+voltage+stabilizer&_nkw=12v+car+voltage+stabilizer&_sacat=0&_from=R40).
